128 days left, 18 weeks!!

g'day once again this was a good week really slow sadly hard to stay busy doing productive things but the zone is on fire as for transfers i just got reassigned from zone leader to district leader and i'm opening up a new area so this could be my last area so that should be fun i'm excited to get out on bikes everyday again and go hard for the last few months should be good fun. i've been doubled into all my areas but one but this is first on opening a new area i've reopened one that was shut down so i'm excited for the new experience it should be great my new companion is from america samoa hes only been out about 4 months so he should be gun i'm excited. i'm happy to go to a new area its been a rough area but a good one for me but i'm happy to move on. but thats about it for me hope all is well love Elder Dalton

19 weeks left!!

So we had a good week i'm loving serving with me Mtc Companion we have heaps of fun doing the work which i love and we are seeing a little success come in our area but our zone is having great success and they say the leaders influence the zone haha i hope that's true but things are good here no real stories this week we tracted and contacted and taught a few lessons one of our investigators was drunk so that was fun it was actually good cause he told us what his concerns were so we have had a good week all is well here. i got photos of the twins they are looking good and i heard the blessings were great i look forward to meeting all the add ons to the family i hope everyone is great and enjoying spring time. i got my call today that they asked me where i wanted to fly home to and i said twin falls is that OK with everyone? if its not please let me know and i can change it. the transfers end on Sunday so i may get transferred this week but i wouldn't mind staying the same for a bit. 80 weeks in Australia!

hello everyone hope all is well so we had a good week the family that we met tracting last week hasn't been home this week but we talked to the daughter and they still seem keen so we are excited about that and there were 2 baptisms this week in the zone which is good we having success in the mission which is good we are just working on taking it to the next level now which is good and we had quite a few lessons with less actives this week and they are working on coming back to church which is always good. so we had a good week i hope you all had a great week as well i heard the twins blessing was good so thats good to hear thanks for everything love you all Elder Dalton

5 months left. 79th week in Australia

so this week we spent alot of focus on meeting with the members and encouraging them to do missionary and serving them and we spent the rest of our time finding pretty much it was a good week and we were able to see how the ward is doing missionary work and we are excited to see if anything will come of it one of the members text us today and told us that she gave a friend a pamplet and asked her to take the lessons and her friend said she would read it and get back to her about the lessons so that was a great success for that member and we are excited for her. and this week tracting we met a family who attends the salvatioin army church and they welcomed us back to share more with them so we are looking forward to seeing them it has been a great week and i look forward to this week. i hope all is well with everyone. have a great week and remember there is a god in heaven who loves everyone so share the good news love you all Elder Dalton

78 weeks done??

so we have had a good week the area is slowly progressing but it is progressing so that is all that matters my comp is the man he has heaps of faith so i'm sure it'll be a great transfer. i'm never quite sure what to email about but things are good i hope all is well how is the winter treating everyone? its starting to cool down just slightly here which is nice. have a great week. love Elder Dalton

77 weeks!!

so its transfers again i'm staying in my area and i'm getting a new comp its elder Robinson he was my mtc companion so i'm pretty excited about that he is a great missionary i look forward to serving with him. this week was a rough one we worked hard and didn't see anything come of it weeks like that are rough but thats life all is well the church is true and this is the greatest work on earth. thanks for all that yous do love you all hope you have a great week. love elder Dalton thanks for the emails too

76 weeks "gday"

so this week was once again good and fast they just keep going past faster and faster i forgot to tell you last week that one of the investigators i was teaching in kwinana was baptised last saturday i got to go down to it it was awesome she is gonna make a great member. this week was busy we had to help the zone out quite a bit and what not and we were able to teach quite a few times this week i think about 2 a day which is really good for here we are enjoying the work and the zone is having great success. i hope all is well back in the usa god bless love Elder Dalton

75 weeks..

so this past week has gone super fast the mission is on a high and is really motivated in doing the lords work its great to see cause it felt as if the mission was getting a little down there for awhile but its back up and expecting great things we had a successful week with finding new people and contacting alot of potentials things are going great i hope all is well for those back home is it still quite cold? its quite warm here just working on my tan. thanks for all the emails good on ya dan for running that 5 k thats quite cool hope all is well. thanks for all that yous do have a great week. 74 weeks, CHECK.. 6 months to go.

Hello everyone so this week was a good week nothing to different but we did have a zone conference yesterday and that was a great experience i wish it would of happened a year ago but all things happen for a reason i learned a few things i have been wondering about for quite a while and it was good to help think about how to do better and to be a more effective missionary. it was a great experience i wish i could explain everything better but it was great and at the end of the conference he told us if we would go out right away and find we would find a person each that we could teach and we happened to get 3 referrals that evening that we contacted that are all keen to come to church and in the zone we found 15 new people to teach it was a great uplifting experience. and i put a bit of what i wrote to my president hear about it. thanks for everything love Elder Dalton

73rd week

So we had a good week to answer some question i am in a car area cause we look out for other elders as zone leaders so we have to be able to drive all around the zone and sometimes mission and as for roos i saw some just the other day on the side of the road in a field there pretty cool animals. hope all is well Love Elder dalton

72 weeks..

Gday everyone so the new area is good there is a lot of potentail in the area and in the zone this is the most city i have ever been its a good zone with alot of good missionaries i'm excited to see how this transfer will be. Week 71!!

so we had a good week this week. i'm glad the holidays are over though hopefully things will get back to normal and everyone will get back from there holidays. but transfer call were today and i'm moving to a place called noranda still a zone leader just in a different area it should be good but as always i'll be sad to leave this area i liked it here and there were a few people that were getting real close to baptism but they'll still progress i just won;t get to see it first hand but thats ok. i saw a photo of the twins they look heaps good glad that all is well hope everyone has a great week. 70 WEEKS!!

so happy new year we had a really good week this week we found 3 new investigator 2 of which is very solid and we are planning to set a date next week with them and the third is a part member family a 9 year old boy who we set a date with for th 19th of jan so thats pretty exciting i love woking with less actives and part members its always great to help them come back and its the best way to find more people to teach cause they now heaps of non members so we are really excited about all of that. thats about it for me this week though. so no new babies yet? hope everyone has a happy new years its gonna be a great year i member when i came on my mission 2013 seemed so far away i wan't sure if it would actually come but its almost here and its came quickly.
